Excellent Real Estate Experience with Gabriele Pegoraro: We are a family with three children and recently visited Estepona to explore the Costa del Sol. Gabriele was a most wonderful agent that we worked with. At first he met us and showed us around to get a sense of the areas. Then, he helped us narrow down the search to the areas and places that met our criteria and found several good properties. Once we had chosen a place, he guided us to put a reasonable offer and negotiate with the seller and made sure everything was done properly till the sale was closed. Gabriel has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish in helping us search for the property of our dreams. Our goal is to be move from the UK & relocate to Spain in 2 years time. Got “matched” with Gabi when visiting their website. Spend a couple half days visiting properties with him an no effort was too big. After every visit he narrowed the scope ensuring every next property we visited matched better with our requirements. At the end, we found the perfect match. Beyond efficient and effective, Gabi is also great company and has outstanding tips for all sort of things (Resto, bar, hotels, …). Gladly connected friends to Gabi who also found their dream house and confirmed they loved his effective yet easy-going approach. We started our home search in the Costa del Sol in January 2023. We didn't know where or what and hadn't even visited that part of Spain before. Gabriele contacted us and we started working together to find our dream home. In the beginning we were still also in contact with other estate agents but I realised soon that Gabriele was far and away the best man for the job. After a few online meetings we met for the first time in Spain. He took a week to drive us around and show us different places in the Costa del Sol. There was never any pressure on us to make a decision or to even come close to buying. He always listened and adjusted to our needs. At the end of that week we decided that Estepona was the place for us. Back in the UK we stayed in close contact and he informed us about all new sales in Estepona but also still about other properties he thought would be interesting to us. Gabriele gave us another week of his time, driving us around, viewing properties and being ever so patient with my ever changing requirements. In December 2023 Gabriele texted that he had found (what turned out to be) my dream home. He visited and again sent us videos from the house and the area. We booked a flight in January 2024 and there was our dream home. Without Gabriele this would not have happened and it wouldn't have been such a joyful, relaxed experience. Throughout the search process, which has taken over 12 months, Gabriele has provided considered advice, in near perfect English. Always professional and with a welcoming smile, we have developed a trust for Gabriele's views and value his judgment. I was shopping around online for a retirement home near Malaga/Marbella while still living in Toronto and came accross numerous websites and agents. Gabriele absolutely stood out as he was the only one who always responded and really showed interest in finding out how he can help finding us our dream home. Despite long delays due to travel ristrictions we ended up meeting in person and Gabriele made sure to block his time for the days we were threre and really took a lot of time and effort to make sure to show us many options to pick from. His in depth knowledge of all areas, builders, market etc is very helpful as well to make sure you are not ending up with a project that doesn't fit your needs and desires.
