My wife and I was looking for an investment in Costa del Sol, and we got in touch with Filip. From future plans to what each construction company are doing and delivers. After a few meetings online we were convinced and invested. From the very first contact with Filip, and to date, the service Filip has provided has been exemplary. In our first introductory meeting, Filip took great care to understand our dream, what research I had already done, and what lifestyle I was looking for with our move. These introductory meetings meant our viewing trip to Spain was as valuable as possible. Once we were in Spain from recommending where to stay, to arranging 3 days of viewing, and even showing us along the coast from place to place gave us a real insight into the area and what we were looking for, the experience was excellent. His knowledge of the Costa del Sol is superb. We attended a notary and solicitor whilst in Spain, again recommended by Filip, which gave us the confidence along the way. The latest step has been the FOREX transfer for the deposit. Whilst Filip did recommend a company to do this I did use one of my own contacts, but just the comparison of two quotes helped ground my decision. Filip is in regular contact with us, I couldn’t recommend his services any higher - he has been brilliant. Att köpa bostad på en annan marknad (Spanien) är inte som att köpa bostad hemma vid. Det är mycket som skiljer, och därför anser vi det är viktigt att ha en mäklare du kan lita på. Därför är vi glada att vi valde Filip som vår mäklare i Spanien. Filip har inte bara såld en bostad till oss, utan han har även såld hela upplevelsen med att bo i Marbella. Lika viktigt som det har vart att visa oss objekt, lika mycket tid har Filip lagt ner på att visa oss allt runt omkring, områden, affärer mm. Filip har även hjälpt oss med saker runt om vår bostad som låssmed, larm mm. Viket har underlättat enormt. Vi började processen med att kolla olika områden och bostäder, och Filip förklarade för och nackdelar. Snabbt blev vi varse i vilket område vi ville bo i och hur stor bostad vi var ute efter. Eftersom köp processen i Spanien är kanske komplex är det väldigt viktigt att ha en mäklare som är kunnig och engagerad. Under hela köp processen har Filip funnits där och gjort våran resa väldigt smidig och enkel. Filip och hans kontakter har varit guld värda. Nu har vi äntligen fått nycklarna till vår bostad, och vi kan inte tänka oss en bättre, ärligare och hjälpsammare mäklare än Filip!

Filip Peretz did such a great job finding our home on Real De La Quinta and guiding us thru the entire process from introducing us to our attorney, accountant & guiding us to set the accounts needed. We live in the States and without his help this would have been the opposite of the magnificent experience we had. When we are asked " How did you find a home, closed on it and bought the furniture in a period of two weeks, we always tell them that without Filip we would not have purchased the property. Filip has been there since the beginning of our interest in purchasing in Spain, he helped us find the right location for our lifestyle and most important, Filip took the interest to learn our wants and needs and called us while we were walking on the Charles Bridge in Vienna and told us "I found the right property for you" and he was right. The following week we were in Spain doing the closing, buying furniture and having the property remodeled which Filip is taking care of the arrangements. Filip's professionalism and genuine interest has made our buying experience a positive memory.

Filip truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn´t possibly have met a better agent in Spain. Not only did he guide us through the entire buying process and calmed my nerves, he also gave us his honest and unbiased opinion on each and every project that we wanted to see and this helped us pick the right project for us! Filip was very quick to contact me when we requested more information on development and presented everything in a video meeting in a clear and transparent way. He also drove us around the entire coast as a sort of tourist guide, ensuring we had full knowledge of the areas, and gave us a lot of insight I couldn't get on Google searches. He also skillfully uses a drone to get a good sense of the areas and views a new build project will have and this finally ended up in us being comfortable enough to buy an off-plan unit having ensured the views we would get! I rarely gush. Really. But since our first conversation, Filip has been nothing short of exceptional!  I don't think we were his toughest clients but at first, we really did not know what we wanted or understand the market in Spain.  From Paris, he listened to our shifting criteria and responded promptly with suitable listings even as we moved from "older, authentic Andalusian houses or villas to... modern, turnkey, Scandinavian style apartments. He never made us feel badly or like we were wasting his time during the over 6 month process as our understanding of the market and our purchasing power matured.
