I hate writing reviews but this is one that deserves to be written. Lana has been nothing less than supremely stellar and hospitable. What makes Lana extra-exceptional is the fact that she is ultra-sensitive and considerate of the fact that I am out of country and I am not Spanish speaking and she handled me like a charm and I can be a pain. Lana is engaging, patient and, most of all, competent. There has been NO flaw in her influence with me and I would recommend her to anyone. If she is not the model of excellence within your organization, she should be. She ALWAYS answers the phone regardless of the time I call. She ALWAYS responds to my requests. I have NEVER sensed a negative attitude from Lana and I have NEVER felt rushed. When this transaction is officially concluded, my wife and I expect Lana to be more than just our agent. We hope she will be our friend.
