Up to this point, I had the best experience with William regarding real estate marketers. Even after the purchase, he still looks after us, even though he doesn't have to, like a good friend. We initially contacted William from the UK after finding him on the internet whilst searching ourselves for a new build apartment in or around Marbella. We began outlining what we were looking for and William came back to us with a very comprehensive list of potential developments for us to consider giving us explanations of each and the positives and negatives for each. We made a shortlist and flew out to Spain and met William to spend a whole day viewing. He is very knowledgable of both the area and the process of purchasing abroad, which made this so much easier as it was all new to us. It was a super hot day and William never tired of driving us and answering our many questions. Luckily for us we actually found what we were looking for and started the purchase process. William put us in contact with a Spanish lawyer who then helped us with organising a Spanish bank account. He has constantly been a great support and has ensured that the process is moving along at every stage. William has been such a tremendous help in my search for my dream apartment! He has been so honest helping me see all the pro’s and con’s of all the places which were optional… even when I totally was not aware of it .. we became good friends, working on the search while I was in Belgium and he went to see all the places I was interested in in Spain. Cannot say enough about William and his expertise. My husband and I were so grateful to have him assisting us in our purchase. We originally went to him as we were interested in new home sales.
