3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

- Website means 0nc.newbuilds.es.

- Vendor means the developer, owner, or other person or entity authorised to market or sell a property.
- Property means any property advertised or introduced through our services.
4. Our Services
We assist clients throughout the property purchase process by identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, providing market information, and coordinating with developers, vendors, and other professionals involved in the transaction. We support our clients throughout the purchase process and, where reasonably requested and agreed, continue to provide assistance after completion.
Our services may include both new-build and resale residential properties marketed by developers, private vendors, or other authorised parties, depending on the client's individual requirements and the properties available through our network at any given time.
Our remuneration is normally paid by the vendor. However, in exceptional cases where a property falls outside our usual brokerage arrangements, a buyer's fee may apply, subject to prior agreement with the client.
Our remuneration does not, in itself, affect the price of the property.
New Build Properties S.L. is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the vendor, notwithstanding any provision relating to our remuneration.
5. Scope of Our Services
We provide professional real estate brokerage services and market guidance based on our experience and knowledge of the residential property markets in which we operate.
However, we do not provide professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, mortgage, architectural, town planning, or investment advice.
Clients should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before making decisions relating to the purchase or sale of any property.
6. Property Information
The information published on this website is provided for general information purposes only.
Property descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, floor plans, images, completion dates, and other information are supplied by developers, vendors, or other third parties and may change without notice.
